1. Due to limited spacing inside studio we ask that you please sign-up in advance to reserve your spot for in studio classes.  
All Classes can be reserved & paid for on the TeamUp App (click a class on the schedule page to access the APP)

2. If unable to attend class, please cancel within 24hrs to not be charged 

3. No shows will be charged $20

4. Please leave cell phones in purses or car during class

5. Please sign waiver on team up and in studio on your first visit (waivers available when you come into class)

 

7. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use (there are props available to borrow, please clean them after use)
